At Pembroke Dental and Spa we accept most dental insurance plans. Our team will assist you in determining whether your dental treatment costs are covered.
We understand that affordability is an important consideration in your family’s dental treatment. We work hard to maintain affordable fees and conveniently accept several forms of payment, including credit cards, debit card, personal checks and money orders. We also work with many financial companies as Care Credit, Lending Club to give you the flexibility of monthly payments.
We believe that dental care and oral health should be accessible to everyone so we offer our own Discount Plan.
ALL OTHER DENTAL PROCEDURES LISTED AT GREATLY REDUCED FEES
Provisions of Program:
- One time payment of the annual fee. No monthly installments
- No refunds on this plan. Not transferable to other offices
- Services and fees are guaranteed for one year
- Initial fee is non-refundable
- Our program is for you and is non-assignable to another person
- One year time limit for completion of all services provided by the program
- Work started before the end of the Program year will be covered
- It is responsibility of the patient to make sure they receive and show up for appointments
- Appointments are required, except for emergency visits. There is a fee for a cancelled appointment without giving advance 24 hour notice
- Only dental procedures listed in the Fee schedule are included
- Referred specialty (By Specialist) work is not included in this plan
- Payment is due at the time service is rendered
